It all begins with... what if my pastries creation last forever?

I’ve always love baking and creating pretty pastries since young and that led me enroll to a culinary school Le Cordon Bleu and eventually, began working in a professional kitchen. The aroma of freshly baked pastries gave me a sense of satisfaction and also reminds me of home back then . Pastries normally have pretty short shelf life and they always get eaten up so quickly, leaving nothing but memories behind so I wanted to find a way to capture that feeling and make it last forever.

Should I add preservatives? How about keeping them in the freezer? Vacuum pack them? or… what if they’re made out of soy wax?
