As I begin this new chapter in my life, I find myself stepping into an unfamiliar territory. Gone are the days of relying on tried and tested recipes. Instead, I am venturing into the world of candle making, a realm where my expertise is yet to be honed.

Months of research have been spent delving into the details of wax, wicks, and fragrances, with a specific focus on creating the perfect food and dessert candles. However, despite my efforts, I found myself hitting dead ends again and again. Frustration threatened to engulf me and next tempting me to abandon this new venture altogether. But something inside me urged me to try again.

I sought guidance from experts at the Korea Aroma Instructor Association (KAIA) and Craft Design Lab (CLAB). I learned the essentials of candle making, gaining certification as a chandler along the way.

With each step forward, I grow closer to realizing my dream of crafting candles that bring joy to others. Grateful for the chance to start afresh, I'm ready to see where this journey takes me.
